New Music Review: Holiday by Catherine MacLellan
Award-winning Canadian singer and songwriter, Catherine MacLellan released her latest EP Holiday. Holiday is Catherine’s first Christmas record. This EP includes three Christmas classics: In The Bleak Midwinter, Blue Christmas, and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas and one original song Calling You Home (For The Holidays). Catherine wrote Calling You Home (For The Holidays) last December when some families were isolated due to COVID-19. Holiday is a very warm and festive album that is perfect for sitting by the fireplace or watching the snow fall during Christmas time. If you’re looking for Christmas music that will put you in the holiday spirit, this EP will certainly do that.
