New Music Review: Little Oblivions by Julien Baker
Julien Baker is an indie and alternative singer based out of Memphis, Tennessee. This year she released her third album Little Oblivions. Julien produced the album on her own, and almost every instrument was played by her. Little Oblivions is a story-telling album about life, second chances, and depression. Julien is a very intimate artist who has a raw voice and a down to earth style. This album has allowed Julien to be vulnerable and express her feelings through her creative songwriting. Overall, Little Oblivions is a laid-back album that will make listeners ponder about the reality of life.
