New Music Review: Valentine by Snail Mail
Guitarist and singer-songwriter, Snail Mail, recently released her latest album Valentine on November 5th, 2021. This is the second album by Snail Mail. Valentine is an intimate indie rock album about love. The lyrics in the 10 tracks are mainly about falling in and out of love and the despair of going through a breakup. Snail Mail’s voice compliments the lyrics well as her voice is raw and you can really feel the emotion throughout the songs. The vulnerability of Snail Mail is what really makes this album stand out along with the diverse instrumentation.
